International Return & Replacement Policy

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a replacement. To be eligible, please ensure the following:

Proof Required: Kindly share clear photos/videos of the defect or damage, along with your order ID, via email or our customer support channel.

Product Condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and verify the issue, a replacement will be shipped to you at no extra cost. Please note that shipping delays, customs duties, or taxes are not considered valid reasons for replacement.
